It is my pleasure to welcome you as the proud principal of Lyneham Primary School. Our school is a truly inclusive learning community and we provide an environment where each child is known, valued and connected. We are committed to supporting each child to flourish in their educational journey and our staff are committed to achieving excellence in education.
We provide high quality instruction that builds skills and knowledge for each learner in all areas of the Australian curriculum. Our curriculum is designed to ensure each student is able to access powerful learning to ensure their progress while developing a love of learning. Student agency is built through fostering success and the curriculum ensure students are provided with opportunities to apply their learning in powerful ways, developing students capabilities across the curriculum.
The wellbeing of students and their families is also a priority at Lyneham. Specific wellbeing programs are taught in all year levels and we create opportunities to build relationships with families through ongoing communication and opportunities to engage with classroom learning.
As principal, I have the privilege of participating in each student’s journey through Lyneham Primary and I am excited about the opportunities for growth and success that await your child.
