At Lyneham Primary School students have many opportunities to express their voice through our SRC (Student Representative Council) and Leadership (Year 6) programs.

SRC (Student Representative Council)

As a team, the School Representative Council (SRC) works together to advocate and communicate for the student body, forming a strong student voice within the school and wider school community. They will share in decision making on school issues; build relationships and community school spirit; bring about changes in the school and wider community and respond appropriately to student needs and concerns.

The SRC will organise, lead and fund any charity or school events throughout the year. They will model the PBL values in all that they do and encourage others to do the same.

SRC members attend regular meetings to input their views to the decision making process and plan recreational and charity fundraising activities for the students.  They report back to the school study body through class representatives and whole school assemblies. It is an expectation that all members attend meetings and contribute inclusively and positively to the school.
